My card today is larger than what I normally make, but the OCC Weekly Sketch (below) seemed to call for a bigger card! I used Sweet 'n Sassy's cute Spring Chicks and Easter Blessing Sentiments for my images!
Remember, today is Digi Day for Sweet 'n Sassy on SNR! The challenge is "EASTER" and if you participate there's a free digi for you!
I printed the Spring Chicks and the Easter Sentiment on Whisper White cardstock, then cut them out with a Circle Nestabilities. I colored the chicks with Copic Markers and outlined the sentiment with them as well! Next, I sponged Memento Summer Sky and New Sprout inks on the outer rims of the circles. I mounted my chicks to pink glittery scalloped circles and my sentiment to a circle I punched with a Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace corner punch. My desiger paper is from Daisy D and my cardstock is from Bazzill. I added Prima Roses, rhinestones and a pretty organza bow to finish the card. Card size: 4 1/2 x 7 1/4 inches

Girl, you sure know how to "rock" the embellishments! This is another gorgeous example of well-placed embellishments that take center stage! Just perfect, Darsie!
I have to tell you I have the same layout for my card except it is squared, dotted swiss and lite blue. How funny is that, I opened my newsletter today and here was this beautiful card and all I could think was great minds...
